Perhaps you ought not be so gendered. Girl-talk? What about men, both gay and hetero, that is, the sensitive, kind, and introspective men?
I am familiar with the Northampton, Massachusetts area, the lesbian mecca. The Lesbians and feminists I know have told me that those who attack effeminacy in men are actually undermining the right's of women. Do you follow?
In all, I rant simply because of the name of your website. It probably should be changed. I was looking for advice on overcoming loneliness due to disability. The title girl-talk reminded me of my years of receiving hatred for my effeminacy and kindness towards others since I live in the Springfield, MA area not by choice. What about androgeny and doing away with the secondary sexual characteristics of sexual dimorphism. Change the title to start.

I am glad you came by and took the time to comment. I ascribe to a feminism that includes other marginalized groups as well, not just women. This show definitely does not bash men on any level.
