Wendy Novotny is a personal trainer from rural Manitoba and working out and staying active has always been a part of her life. She admits to struggling to lose the post-baby weight after her first child was born. She learned how to eat cleaner and work out meaner by the time her second baby was born and kicked the fat to the curb in just three months. Wendy shares fitness and healthy eating tips to help busy women just like her get fit and healthy.
